All notary and fingerprinting services require a valid government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, or state ID. For specific services, we'll tell you exactly what to bring when you book.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 2 hours notice for cancellations when possible — this allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need. For mobile appointments where travel is involved, please cancel as early as possible. No-shows for confirmed mobile appointments with a travel fee may be charged the travel portion. We understand emergencies happen — just communicate with us and we'll work it out.

What should I bring to my appointment?

For most services, bring a valid government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, or state ID card. For fingerprinting, also bring your ORI number from your employer or licensing board. For notary, bring all signers' IDs and completed documents (unsigned). For tax prep, bring your W-2s, 1099s, and prior year return.
