Choose online booking, call us, or walk in. For fingerprinting and notary, most clients are in and out in 15 minutes. Tax prep and multi-service visits take longer — plan 30–60 minutes.

Bring Your ID

All notary and fingerprinting services require a valid government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, or state ID. For specific services, we'll tell you exactly what to bring when you book.

We Get It Done Right

We verify all requirements before starting so nothing needs to be redone. Print quality is checked on-screen for fingerprinting. Documents are reviewed for completeness before notarization.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes — same-day appointments are frequently available. Walk in during office hours (Mon–Fri 9AM–5PM) without any advance booking. For same-day mobile or after-hours service, call (972) 850-6982 directly as early as possible for best availability. We do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 2 hours notice for cancellations when possible — this allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need. For mobile appointments where travel is involved, please cancel as early as possible. No-shows for confirmed mobile appointments with a travel fee may be charged the travel portion. We understand emergencies happen — just communicate with us and we'll work it out.

What should I bring to my appointment?

For most services, bring a valid government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, or state ID card. For fingerprinting, also bring your ORI number from your employer or licensing board. For notary, bring all signers' IDs and completed documents (unsigned). For tax prep, bring your W-2s, 1099s, and prior year return. When in doubt, call us before your visit and we'll confirm exactly what you need in under 2 minutes.

Can I book multiple services in one appointment?

Absolutely — and many clients do. Common combinations include fingerprinting + FBI background check, notary + passport photos, and tax prep + ITIN application. When booking online, you can select multiple services, or call us and we'll schedule everything together. Combined appointments save you a second trip and are usually completed in under an hour.

Do you offer after-hours and weekend appointments?

Yes. Our mobile notary service is available 24/7 — nights, weekends, and holidays. Mobile fingerprinting and document delivery are also available after hours. After-hours availability is on a call-first basis: call (972) 850-6982 and we'll confirm immediately.
