What do I need to bring for fingerprinting or an FBI background check?
For most fingerprinting and FBI background check appointments, bring: (1) a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID), and (2) your agency or employer ORI number if fingerprinting for a specific license or job. We'll walk you through any forms needed and can assist with paperwork. If you're unsure, just call us before your visit.
