FD-258 ink cards are required when the requesting agency specifies physical cards — common for ATF eForms, some immigration agencies, and foreign governments. Live Scan is typically used for domestic employment and licensing checks. When in doubt, we can advise based on your specific agency's requirements.
Can you create an EFT file for ATF eForms from my fingerprints?

How many FD-258 cards can I get per session?
As many as you need. Some agencies require 2–3 cards. ATF eForms typically require two cards. We prepare all copies in a single session — just let us know the quantity and the agency requiring them.

Most FD-258 sessions take 15–20 minutes, including all 10 fingers and slap impressions. If we are creating an EFT file for ATF eForms, allow 30–45 minutes for the full process.
