Just Doing Business LLC provides professional mobile notary, loan signing, and fingerprinting services in Arlington, TX, and the wider DFW Metroplex. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Mobile Notary Public (acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, etc.)
• Loan Signing Agent services (refinances, purchases, HELOCs, etc.)
• Live Scan Fingerprinting and FBI Background Checks
• Apostille & Document Authentication assistance
• Jail Signings (specific procedures and requirements apply)
• Remote Online Notarization (RON) (where permitted by law)

As a client utilizing our Services, you agree to:

• Provide Valid Identification: Present valid, unexpired government-issued identification as required for notarization or fingerprinting services.
• Ensure Document Readiness: Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and ready for signing/notarization. We are not permitted to provide legal advice or assist in completing documents.
• Be Present: Be present at the scheduled time and location for mobile services. Delays or no-shows may incur additional fees.
• Disclose All Parties: Inform us of all parties involved in the transaction and any special requirements prior to the appointment.
• Payment: Make timely payment for services rendered as per our agreed-upon rates.

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. Urgent and after-hours services are available.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation flexibility depends on the amount of advance notice provided. All cancellation decisions are strictly at the discretion of the owner, depending on the specific situation and the individual customer.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the scheduled time and location (No-Show) without prior notice will result in the loss of your payment. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. Fees may apply for late rescheduling.

• Pricing: Our fees are based on the type of service, number of notarizations, travel distance, time of day (after-hours), and any special requests. A detailed quote will be provided prior to service.
• Price Match Guarantee: We offer a price match guarantee for comparable services confirmed with a competitor’s quote.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cash.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a strict case-by-case basis. We are committed to excellent service and will work with you to resolve any concerns fairly.

Just Doing Business LLC and its notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We are not responsible for the legality, validity, or sufficiency of any documents. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.

Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
