What to Expect
Appointment Basics
- Arrive on time and bring required documents/ID for your service.
- We confirm details before starting (service type, number of items/signers, etc.).
- Mobile appointments may include travel fees and after-hours pricing.
Appointment Policies
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation flexibility depends on the amount of advance notice provided. All cancellation decisions are strictly at the discretion of the owner, depending on the specific situation and the individual customer.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the scheduled time and location (No-Show) without prior notice will result in the loss of your payment. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a strict case-by-case basis. We are committed to excellent service and will work with you to resolve any concerns fairly.
