Our 3D Printing & Design Process
- Submit Your Request: Use our quote form below to describe your project. If you have a 3D model (STL, OBJ, 3MF, etc.), please provide a shareable link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox). If you need custom design work, describe your idea, sketch, or requirements.
- Material & Settings Consultation: We’ll discuss your project’s needs – choose your preferred material (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU – see more below!), color, desired print resolution/quality, and any specific strength or flexibility requirements.
- Receive Your Quote: We provide a transparent quote based on estimated print time, material usage, and any custom design fees if applicable. We’ll also give you an estimated turnaround time.
- Precision Printing: Once you approve the quote, we meticulously prepare your file and 3D print your object using our calibrated FDM printers.
- Delivery or Pickup: We offer local pickup options in the Arlington/Aubrey area or can arrange for convenient shipping of your finished prints directly to you across DFW and beyond.
Materials We Print With (FDM)
We offer a variety of common FDM filaments to suit different project needs:
- PLA (Polylactic Acid): Eco-friendly, easy to print, great for detailed models, prototypes, and non-functional parts. Wide range of colors.
- PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol): Durable, strong, good impact resistance, and more flexible than PLA. Good for mechanical parts, food-safe applications (check specific filament).
- ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene): Very strong, impact-resistant, and temperature-resistant. Often used for functional parts like those in automotive or enclosures. Requires good ventilation during printing.
