Preparing for Your Notary Appointment
To ensure a smooth and efficient notarization, please have the following ready:
- Valid Photo Identification: All signers must present a current, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License, State ID, Passport).
- The Complete Document(s): Ensure documents are fully completed but **DO NOT SIGN** until you are in the presence of the Notary.
- All Signers Present: Every person whose signature needs to be notarized must be physically present.
- Witnesses (If Required): If your document requires witnesses, they must be present with valid photo ID and must not benefit from the document.
